Where should I park?
Park for free at the AMLI on 2ND Garage (Entry on San Antonio, between 2nd & 3rd Street)

When can I see the doghouses?
You can see renderings/models of some of the doghouses online now. All of them will be on display this Saturday, October 20th from noon until 5pm throughout the 2ND Street District. Then, a selection will be on display at DWR on Sunday from noon – 5pm.

How do I bid on a doghouse?
Come down to the 2ND Street District for Barkitecture Austin 2007 and place a silent auction bid on your favorite doghouse. It’s that simple! Auction winners will be announced at 6pm at Design Within Reach.

Do I have to be present to win?
No! We’ll contact all of the winners who aren’t present for the announcement.

Who do I pay to if I place the winning bid on a doghouse?
2ND Street District will be taking payments from the auction winners and will distribute the money to the participating animal rescue groups. Payment must be paid by check, money order or cash.

If I win a doghouse when and where do I pick it up?
Please pick up your designer doghouse by 7pm on Saturday or between 10-5pm on Sunday. Call Catherine DeStasio (512-968-4777) to coordinate your pickup. Bring extra hands, as there will be no one available to help load your doghouse.

Who does Barkitecture Austin 2007 benefit?
Barkitecture benefits Animal Trustees of Austin, Lucky Mutts, Austin Dog Rescue and Blue Dog Rescue.
